Jan Ellis-Clements
*Founder of Sunglow Literacy Consulting *Orton Gillingham Fellow *Certified Reading and Behavior Specialist * Masters in Education
Over twenty-five years experience in public and private schools. Ellis-Clements is certified as a Reading Specialist and works as a consulting teacher, special educator, and behavior specialist. She is also certified in English, History, and as a Resource Room teacher.
Specialities:
Jan Ellis-Clements has extensive experience working with students with learning disabilities. She has trained in Project Read, Wilson, Spire, Language and Visualizing and Verbalizing. She has presented nationally at the International Dyslexia Association for many years. Jan has been a Reading First Coach and a Reading Specialist in public schools working with Reading First to help improve student literacy skills and scores.

Kay Trudell
Masters Degree of Arts/ teaching of English * Over thirty years experience in public and private schools
Kay has trained in Orton-Gillingham and tutors students in basic literacy skills for reading and writing as well as works on content area instruction for grades 3-12. Kay works under the supervision of an Orton Gillingham Fellow
Specialities:
Kay demonstrates strong curriculum planning and has attended numerous professional development courses on literacy instruction which has been evident in the remedial language programs she designs for her students. Kay is a master teacher with experience in working with students with learning disabilities. Kay builds relationships with parents and schools that shows how dedicated she is to being an effective and supportive member of a team that is child-centered. Kay has a wide depth of understanding of the underlying principles in literacy instruction and the research that supports why and how instruction is so vital to our students. |

Linda Radimer
Bachelors Degree * Currently Finishing Masters/Reading * 25+ years experience in public and private schools
Specialities:
Linda has decades of experience working with students with learning disabilities and has trained in Orton Gillingham. She tutors students in literacy and study skills from grades 3-12. Lind works under the supervision of an Orton Gillingham Fellow. Linda has worked as a remedial language supervisor and has been an IEP coordinator working with parents and school districts to build positive relationships. Linda has strong team building credentials and leadership qualities which make her a vital participant in team meetings.
